Although I find the publisher's format somewhat confusing, Jim's writing more than makes up for it; he's got a thorough discussion of the latest security issues facing Exchange administrators, combined with excellent "how to" guidance on getting it working laced with practical advice gleaned from his years of hands-on experience.
